Lily Zhang-Braff is an Impressionistic oil painter that studied under Chinese Master Chor Choi Foo as well as at the Art Students League in N.Y.C. In 2010. She attended the classical painting technique program at Grand Central Academy of Art in N.Y. C. as well as workshops with the contemporary master painters Jove Wang and Scott Christensen. Lily’s art has been influenced by Russian- American painter, Nicolai Fechin. Her artwork features an expressive and masterful use of color and evocative lively brushstrokes. Lily is a Signature Member of the American Impressionist Society and an elected member of the Salmagundi Club in New York City. She has been juried into numerous regional, national as well as international exhibitions including the American Impressionist Society(AIS), Oil Painters of America, the National Oil and Acrylic Painters' Society(NOAPS), and Salmagundi Club. She is an internationally recognized artist with dozens of awards to her credit.
